1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and kisser88 ("Platform", "we"). • Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000

Once the wagering requirements are fully met, the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal under the standard withdrawal terms. Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

The kisser88 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. VIP tier upgrades depend on betting activity and continued engagement on the platform.

5. Player Responsibilities

7. Account Suspension and Closure

kisser88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player's account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Failed identity verification or documents provided are found to be invalid.
• Suspected activities related to money laundering.
• A player's own request to close their account.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, kisser88 reserves the right to freeze the relevant balance while an investigation is carried out. If an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, the eligible account balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability
